§ 01 · Who it's for

If you run leagues for money, we built this for you.

Par+ white-label is for the commissioner who's treating leagues like a business — collecting entry fees, tracking payouts, taking a cut for running it. The spreadsheet-and-GroupMe setup works. It's also costing you nights and weekends.

// you're in the right place if

You run paid leagues.

  • +You collect entry fees, distribute payouts, and take a cut for running the league.
  • +You run one serious league, or a few, and the admin is eating your Sundays.
  • +You want your members to see your brand — not somebody else's logo.
  • +You'd rather pay for a tool that works than patch together three free ones that don't.
// you probably want a free app instead

This isn't for everyone.

  • You're organizing a foursome of buddies for one season — a free app handles that just fine.
  • You don't take a commission and don't care about a ledger.
  • You want a generic platform with your name somewhere in settings.
  • You want the cheapest possible tool. Par+ is a considered purchase.
§ 02 · Anatomy of an instance

A real product, branded to your league.

Every Par+ instance is a full web app and companion iOS app, deployed on your domain, themed to your brand, configured to your fee structure and commission split. Not a skinned template. A product.

01 · DOMAIN

On your URL.

Bring a subdomain of your own (leagues.yourclub.com) or we'll host you on a custom Par+ subdomain. Either way, your members see your URL — not ours.

02 · BRAND

Your logo, palette, and voice.

Drop us your wordmark and a color. We theme the whole app — web and iOS — to match. Email templates, invite screens, public leaderboards. The whole experience looks like it came from you.

03 · LEDGER

Commission as a first-class object.

Configure your cut per league. The pot auto-deducts your commission before payout distribution. Every dollar through the system has an owner. Export to CSV for your accountant.

04 · iOS APP

A native app for your members.

Score entry that works on the course — no signal, no problem. Live leaderboards, read-only ledger, ledger notifications. Ships branded, on the App Store under your white-label listing.

05 · HOSTING

We run it. You don't.

Vercel + Neon infrastructure, monitored, backed up, updated. You don't touch a server, read a log, or hear the word "deploy." Support SLA is 48 hours for critical issues.

§ 06 · Questions

The honest answers.

How is this different from free apps like Squabbit?+

Free golf league apps are built for volunteer commissioners running leagues for friends. Par+ is built for commissioners who run paid leagues as a business. Different product, different assumptions. You also get your own brand, your own URL, and a support relationship — none of which a free generic app will ever give you.

Do you handle payment collection?+

Not in the base package. Par+ is a ledger — it tracks who owes what and who's owed what — but you keep collecting via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Stripe Connect integration for in-app payment collection is available as an add-on, quoted separately. It adds complexity (tax reporting, money transmission rules) that not every commissioner wants.

Who owns the data?+

You do. Your members, your scores, your ledger history — it's yours. If you ever leave Par+, we export everything to CSV and hand it over. No hostage-taking, no "export is a premium feature."

What if I want a feature you haven't built?+

If it's a reasonable ask, we build it. Minor tweaks are often covered under your monthly. Larger scope is quoted at $175/hour or a fixed price. If the feature is broadly useful, we'll sometimes build it at cost and ship it to all instances.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?+

Month-to-month or annual. Cancel with 60 days notice. On cancel, we hand you a full CSV export of your data and the instance goes read-only for 30 days so you can wind down cleanly.

Why "white-label" and not a SaaS where I sign up?+

Because commissioners who run paid leagues care how the product looks to their members. A white-label instance — your URL, your brand, your name on the App Store — signals professionalism in a way a generic SaaS logo in the corner never will. That matters when members are paying you real money.

How many instances do you take on per year?+

We cap it. Each instance is a long-term support relationship, and we'd rather do twelve instances well than forty badly. If slots are full, we'll let you know and put you on a waitlist with a realistic date.

Who's "we"?+

Par+ is run by a small team. We handle setup, hosting, and support directly — no account manager layer, no outsourced desk. When you email, you're emailing the person building your instance.

§ 07 · Request an instance

Let's see if we're a fit.

Tell us about your league. We'll reply within one business day with either a scope call invite, a honest “we're full for Q2 — want a waitlist spot?”, or “you'd probably be happier with a free app, here's which one.”

// response timewithin 1 business day
